Fitgram does not provide medical advice, regulated nutritional counselling, or personalized medical follow-up.
Using the app implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Fitgram is not a medical device and does not replace:
a doctor,
a nutritionist,
a dietitian,
a specialized medical team,
or any healthcare professional.
All information provided in Fitgram (TDEE, portions, macros, meal distribution, food suggestions) is indicative only and based on user-entered data.
Fitgram does not perform diagnosis, health assessments, therapeutic monitoring, or disease-specific recommendations.
Examples of cases where Fitgram is NOT appropriate:
diabetes,
pregnancy,
eating disorders,
severe allergies,
metabolic diseases,
renal insufficiency,
any pathology requiring specialized nutritional monitoring,
advanced athletic goals requiring certified coaching.

Fitgram declines any responsibility in cases of:
hypoglycemia,
hyperglycemia,
weight gain,
excessive weight loss,
allergic reactions,
intolerances,
any health issue arising from use of the application.
Users are solely responsible for:
the information they enter (weight, height, age, activity level, goals, food choices),
interpreting app results,
their dietary decisions,
their health,
and any decisions made based on Fitgram.
Fitgram does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of nutritional values.
Data is sourced from public databases (including OpenFoodFacts) and may contain errors or approximations.
Users acknowledge that:
Fitgram calculations rely on estimates and generic models,
no guarantee of results is provided,
Fitgram cannot be held liable for lack of progress, stagnation, or unexpected outcomes (weight changes, performance changes, body composition…).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitgram disclaims all liability for:
Including but not limited to:
injuries,
discomfort or fainting,
medical complications,
eating disorders,
side effects from dietary changes,
errors in nutritional data or calculations,
misinterpretation of displayed information.
Fitgram is not liable if the app is used:
in a high-risk medical context,
with false information,
with unrealistic or dangerous goals,
without necessary medical supervision.
Fitgram is not responsible for:
interruptions,
data loss,
downtime,
network errors,
bugs or temporary issues.
Nutritional information and images come from external sources such as OpenFoodFacts.
Fitgram does not guarantee their accuracy or updates.
Users must verify important information (allergens, ingredients, precise values) on product packaging.
Fitgram is not intended for:
people with diabetes (type 1 or 2),
pregnant or breastfeeding women,
minors under 16,
individuals with known nutrition-related pathologies,
individuals undergoing medical treatment affecting nutrition,
people with eating disorders,
professional athletes with strict diets,
anyone requiring regular medical supervision.
Such users must consult a doctor before using the app and must not rely on Fitgram for dietary decisions.
Users agree not to:
divert the intended use of Fitgram,
use Fitgram for diagnosis or self-prescription,
use the app for a third party inappropriately (e.g., strict child dieting),
knowingly provide false information,
pursue dangerous goals (extreme weight loss, risky sports practice).
Premium features are described within the app.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through official stores (Google Play, App Store), subject to their own terms.
Fitgram cannot issue refunds; only the stores are authorized to do so.
Fitgram, its interface, images, texts, code, calculation algorithms and internal databases are protected.
Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by French law.
